Ian is an absolute cocktail wizard, double shaking like a pro and competing with Ryan for the largest smile behind the bar. He hails from San Diego and before tending bar at Truckee Tavern, Ian was at Stone Brewing. We asked Ian a couple questions:
TT: Where can we find you on a Sunday morning?
Ian: Probably carving the bowls at the Truckee skatepark
TT: What are you drinking right now (literally)?
Ian: My go-to cocktail lately is the Boulevardier, made with Willett Rye Whiskey
TT: Where does your inspiration come from?
Ian: Travelling and going back to San Diego. The bar scene has really taken off there. It's where I've gotten a lot of my housemade soda and shrub inspiration from.
